Custom Website Development: We also offer customized website design and development services tailored to the specific needs of businesses. These services may include additional features, integrations, and custom functionality at agreed pricing.
Hosting Program Requirement
The Free Website Development service is provided on the condition that the client purchases website hosting through one of our recommended hosting providers. RedeX Growth may receive a referral commission from these hosting partners at no additional cost to the client. Hosting plans, pricing, and technical specifications will be communicated before project initiation.
Use of Open Source Plugins and Themes
Our websites may utilize open-source plugins, themes, and software components licensed under the General Public License (GPL) or similar open-source licenses. These tools allow modification and redistribution and are widely used in modern website development. By using our services, you acknowledge that such components may be included in your website.
User Obligations
Clients are responsible for providing accurate information, website content, images, and any other materials required to complete the project. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RedeX Growth, its affiliates, employees, and partners from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses resulting from your use of our services or the content provided for your website.
Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with reasonable written notice. Upon termination, RedeX Growth will provide any completed work to the client, and the client agrees to settle any outstanding obligations related to the project or services provided.
Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms and Conditions shall first be attempted to be resolved through mutual discussion and mediation. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be handled in accordance with the applicable laws and jurisdiction governing the agreement.
